Shipping & Returns

How we get your furniture to you — and what to do if something isn’t right.

Shipping

We ship nationwide from Phoenix, AZ. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers; larger items and bulk orders ship via LTL freight.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days.
  • Made-to-order and large orders may require additional lead time — we’ll confirm timing on your quote.
  • Freight delivery is curbside by default; liftgate and inside-delivery options are available on request.

Inspect your delivery

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before signing. This protects your ability to file a freight claim.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right — a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Returns

Standard, non-clearance items in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping and a restocking fee may apply. To start a return, contact us for a return authorization — returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

  • Non-returnable: clearance items, custom or made-to-order pieces, and assembled or used products.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
